Renovation Addition

Location: Woodlands, NSW

Description:
This old home has had many facelifts throughout its lifetime the latest in the Eighties. The owners wanted a modern practical home without knocking down and rebuilding, due to councils envelope restrictions. Therefore, the owners decided to renovate.

There was only one way, to take it back to its skeletal structure and go up.

One of the standouts of this home is the main living area and kitchen, with the large sliding doors and the kitchen window splash back, taking in the beautiful waterview and bushland settings.

Another standout would have to be the staircase. It’s an original staircase, fabricated out of steel and timber and was made on site.

Features include:
Travertine vein cut tiled floors,
Spotted gum timber flooring and stairs
CS cavity slider 1.8 wide to main living area
Marble and bluestone tiles in bathrooms
Theatre room
Frameless glass balustrading
Shadowline finishes to ceiling windows and doors
