This was another project that I was delighted to work on. The initiative was to create a luxurious home with style and grace that would never out date.
The home was constructed out of double brick with cavity insulation on the ground and first floor.
The lower ground floor consisted of a large media/rumpus, wine cellar, double garage with ample storage, and a large gym that opened up to a resort style swimming pool.
The ground floor consisted of large kitchen, dining, living and family rooms. These areas had an abundance of natural light that emitted from the large by-fold doors that opened up to the terrace.
All the bedrooms were on the first floor with the main bedroom having its own walk in wardrobe, en suite and veranda overlooking Oatley Bay.
The main features of the home are the audio video and CBus electrical by Len Wallis Audio Video.
Other features include: Wide Blue Gum Floors, auto opening drawers in the kitchen and an office with large drawers and table space, beautiful and manicured gardens by Peter Fudge Designs. A stunning resort style pool area and cabana. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ area appreciated by those that love to entertain.
