Description:
The owners being talented artists and musicians needed space away from the everyday living areas of the home to paint, perform music as well as to use the space for party's and events. So it was decided a studio would be built at the rear of the premises.
The building consisted of a structural steel frame, custom orb external cladding and curved custom orb roofing. The internal lining consisted of finish grade plywood with a “v joint finish “ to all joints. The floor was of Boral stone polished concrete.
The studio has its own kitchenette, as well as its own bathroom. It also consists of large commercial framed windows and sliding stacking doors, which open right up to manicured gardens and pool.
